There is no doubt that Motorsports and motor sport is a pioneering experience for the management of Basel Al Salem Al Sabah Racing Club for cars and bicycles to contain young people under the umbrella of security and safety, after that track administration was established under the patronage of Sheikh Basil Al Salem Al Sabah, and the association of former car and motorcycle amateurs in the year (1986) on the initiative of Your Highness, the Emir, His Excellency Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah – to serve young people in many fields, whether sports or educational, in a way that contributes to their upbringing, normal upbringing, which also contributes to building a healthy society.
